Account Manager Employee Banking 100% (fixed-term contract Start Date 01 February 2027/8 months Maternity Leave coverage)

Julius Bär sucht einen Account Manager für das Employee Banking in Zürich, der als befristete Vertretung ab Februar 2027 für acht Monate tätig sein wird. Die Position umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Kundenbetreuung, Portfolioverwaltung und Business Development-Aktivitäten für Bankmitarbeiter.

YOUR DAYLIFE WORK

  • Service clients in the day-to-day work and handle the full account management of a client on an autonomous basis under close involvement and direct control provided under the responsibility of a Relationship Manager
  • Provide sound advice on assets and investment concepts and provide effective client servicing on cash, trades, transactions, deposits, loans etc.
  • Handle the account management for new clients as well as account changes (e.g. editing clients, moves of accounts and high-priority client administrations) regarding the set-up of the client, managing the financial portfolio in a high standard of a newly insisting client documentation/documentation/file maintenance, ensuring the bank operates and meets all relevant client identification/record-identification/file maintenance compliance, processes, instructions and controls, with high quality/process assurance and problem situations, directly responsible
  • Interacts with clients globally in an independent and professional manner, in all aspects of account management
  • Provides efficient and timely investment decisions for stock markets, bond market operations, cash management operations, derivatives sales operations etc.
  • Proactively meets the need in product onboarding and all market factors/models, applications, processes, documents etc., with high quality/system/process assurance and problem situations, directly responsible

Business Development

  • Manage the internal departments, which report the account relationships, directly using the information taken from both new clients acquired systems as well as maintained clients, utilized documents, processes, and tools, with high quality/system/process assurance, directly responsible

  • Organise/maintain/knowledge of an efficient and computer market and ensures timely and appropriate client management/information of the products/services provided by the Bank/CRM
  • Conducts sessions, plan research and document values in courses that capture clients' needs and increase business activity and value creation
  • Promote new and innovative products and services for the Bank/CRM
  • Become a subject-matter expert on our products/services, processes and systems, and remain up-to-date, highly informed, and accurate

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience as Account Manager III (AM) or 3 years of experience as Account Manager II (AM) with high school diploma/HS
  • Experience as Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) or Account Manager (AM)
  • Excellent in German (C1), first language is German, technical knowledge/programming C2 or higher
  • Fluent in English (B1 or higher) or excellent IT skills, proficiency and problem solving abilities, strong organizational skills and high-quality processes and techniques (e.g., presentations, documents, etc.)
  • Experience in Private banking and commercial banking, with high-quality process management, problem solving and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent reputation for problem-solving and problem-handling skills, strong organizational skills and high-quality processes and techniques (e.g., presentations, documents, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
