Account Manager

YOUR CHALLENGE: CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Proficiently takes the lead in supporting the R&M team in client operations; is an independent and autonomous manager owning all aspects about in the management of PM (or group of) clients
• Supervises, inspects and executes the daily operations of the portfolio & asset management, related to management of large assets in connection with clients
• Handles client issues in close collaboration with, and takes responsibility for, their resolution on the operational and strategic level
• Is responsible to prepare investment meetings or product meetings with new strategies and to bring in the RMs's office for decision-making purposes
• Possesses an analytical mindset and takes the lead in investigating new trends and challenges, and is a good idea of sales management, clients & prospects
• Involvement with the team in a constructive approach approach to problems, together with the idea of what the best outcome will be
• Business sense and ability to develop the business at both the individual and regional level
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese) are essential, spoken and written
• Personal and professional qualities including strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
• Excellent organisational skills, able to work highly efficiently and accurately even under time pressure

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the daily operations and trading operations, maintaining close personal relationship with peers/clients
• Responsible for the analysis of all financial products and services available through the group
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of reports to senior management
