Account opening support specialist - Ireland
Die Stelle als Account Opening Support Specialist bei Julius Baer in Dublin umfasst die Unterstützung von Front-Mitarbeitern bei der Eröffnung, Wartung und Dokumentation von Kundenkonten. Der Spezialist ist für den gesamten Prozess der Kundenonboarding verantwortlich und arbeitet eng mit dem Relationship Manager und der Compliance-Abteilung zusammen.
Aufgaben
- Provide support to front members related to account openings, maintenance and documentation.
- Managing the end-to-end process of client onboarding in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager Assistant
- Maintain position as single point of contact between Compliance and RM/RMA
- Ensure quality and timeliness of account opening.
- Working with Front Risk Manager and Compliance to receive constructive feedback and ensure consistent improvement.
- Ensure low to zero rejection rates for account opening through increased quality of KYC /SoW
Anforderungen
- Experienced in Account Opening.
- Client discretion- be aware of and adhere to banking secrecy & non-disclosure
