Die Julius Baer Gruppe sucht einen Account Opening Support Specialist in Dublin, der Unterstützung bei der Eröffnung und Wartung von Konten leistet und sicherstellt, dass alle Anforderungen an Qualität und zeitliche Planung erfüllt werden. Der ideale Kandidat bringt Erfahrung im Bereich Account Opening, Kenntnisse über AML, KYC und EDD sowie eine gute Verständnis von Clientendokumentationsanforderungen mit.
Aufgaben
Provide support to front members related to account openings, maintenance and documentation. Maintain position as single point or contact zwischen Compliance und HM/HMA Ensure quality and timeliness of account opening. Working with Front Risk Manager und Compliance to receive constructive feedback und ensure consistent improvement. Ensure low to zero rejection rates for account opening through increased quality of KYC /SoWIhre Anforderungen
- Experienced in Account Opening
- Knowledgeable on AML, KYC & EDD
- Good understanding of client documentation requirements - Individuals & Entities
- Willingness to take instruction and task delegation from Manager
- Provide a service of professionalism and excellence
- Commercial mindedness
- Ability to meet deadlines and KPI's
- Manage all client data with due care and ensure adherence to policies where data security is concerned
- Client discretion- be aware of and adhere to banking secrecy & non-disclosure
