Agency CMD Trading Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Working in Agency FX, helping clients with FX, pricing, and structuring trades
• Part of a state-of-the-art trading operation with a mission to service asset managers, corporate clients

Requirements

• A good understanding of corporate and financial sector FX
• Awareness of corporate treasury, global macro and hedge funds FX strategies
• Sound product knowledge (interest rate and ccy forwards, FX options, local markets, OTC derivatives)
• Accurate trading skills (attention to detail, error and exception management, problem solving)
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• The initiative to manage and organize a structured workflow and to see it through to completion
• Ability to work with and without the supervision of managers
• The ability to recognise how to manage and de-escalate critical issues and how to work with your cross-functional, global team and representatives of asset management firms
• The capability to adapt to the ever-changing working environment, to prioritise your workload and to handle ambiguity
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• The desire for ongoing development
• The capacity to collaborate and work as part of a team within a global environment
• A self-starter who can work on their own initiative and yet can integrate into a team and capitalise on its strengths
