AI Software Engineer 100% (f/m/d)

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and improve full-stack applications for financial analytics and customer-facing solutions across web, iOS, and/or Android platforms, enhancing the user experience.
• Create a versatile business middleware layer for the UI, enabling secure, dynamic content delivery, tailored data retrieval, and seamless integration across platforms while maintaining system integrity and security of cloud resources.
• Build robust APIs and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient workflows with cloud providers, promoting collaboration and organization in DevOps practices.
• Provide technical expertise in system design, product performance optimizations, and quality assurance with an eye towards scalability, compliance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, data, and UX) and other engineering teams (e.g., ML engineers), shaping the roadmap while providing hands-on support for critical systems, data infrastructure, and platform development.
• Drive technical innovation and excellence, collaborating with fellow engineers to shape cutting-edge solutions and raise the bar for code quality, system design, and best practices across the engineering team.
• Champion the organization of engineering practices and decision-making processes, setting an industry-leading framework that maximizes impact while maintaining a sustainable pace.

Anforderungen

• Familiar with modern machine learning methods (Deep Learning, Generative AI component ML pipelines, NLP like LLMs)
• Proficiency in Python or other high-level programming languages, familiarity with vector and matrix data structures, ML frameworks (like PyTorch)
• Experience compiling and running ML models across NVIDIA GPU and AI accelerators, proficiency in containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Comfortable communicating at all levels, with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving orientation
• Working with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, both individually and in teams, adept at managing competing tasks and projects to drive impact and achieve the following
• Agile, capable of achieving high level of data generation (RAG)
• Committing to best practices in quality, security, and compliance, and adapting them for financial services.
