Analyst, Fund Expense

About the Role

This role supports the accurate and timely processing, allocation and control of fund re-batchings costs, working closely with Account Services and Wealth Solutions to capitalise on fund allocation model and associated batch processes, and contributing positively to the wider team's objectives.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in the processing of fund re-batchings, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and contributions to investment and asset allocation.
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and contributions to investment and asset allocation.

Technical Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, comfortable working accurately with data, formulas and best methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge of UKC, including management of third relations, protection of residents, and foster reconciliation on ISAs...
• Strong numerical aptitude to understand complex calculations governing investments and company policies, along with investment taxation.
• Working well with, within an inter-departmental team, close to communicating professionally with colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the discipline to self-review, identify anomalies and escalate issues promptly.
• A desire to manage multiple priorities and work accordingly to deadlines, particularly during high volume month and quarter ends.
• Desire and ability to learn, with intent to be an investor within funds and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency of process, and products.
