Der Application Operation Manager (m/w/d) ist für die Überwachung und Steuerung des Betriebs eines IT-Dienstes verantwortlich, um sicherzustellen, dass dieser gemäß vorgegebener Service-Level-Agreements läuft. Der Fokus liegt auf der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität.

Aufgaben

Manage seamless operations end-to-end, collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, UEVUPS team, and external service providers
Act as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.)
Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager community
Own Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT Services
Ensure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments
Responsible for measuring, documenting and optimizing Software usage including regular License Compliance Check in closed collaboration with SAM
