Application Operation Manager 100% (f/m/d)
Der Application Operation Manager (m/w/d) ist für die Überwachung und Steuerung des Betriebs eines IT-Dienstes verantwortlich, um sicherzustellen, dass die Service-Level-Vereinbarungen eingehalten werden. Der Fokus liegt auf der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität, Verfügbarkeit und Leistung.
Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
- Manage seamless operations end-to-end, collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, Uevups team, and external service providers
- Act as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.)
- Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager community
- Own Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT Services
- Ensure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments
- Responsible for measuring, documenting and optimizing Software usage including regular License Compliance Check in closed collaboration with SAM
Anforderungen
- Relevant Matura education and professional background within computer science
- Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations
