Aufgaben

• Manage seamless operations end-to-end, coordinating closely with 1st and 2nd level, support team, and external service providers
• Act as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.)
• Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager community
• Act as the Operations champion for new features. Ensure that the operational health of the platform is represented when new features are being defined
• Own Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT Services
• Ensure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments
• Responsible for measuring, documenting and optimizing Software usage including regular License Compliance Check in closed collaboration with SAM

Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in projects or operational management of IT applications
• Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations
• Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skills
• Relevant higher education and professional background within computer science
