YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop creative concepts and visual territories for integrated advertising campaigns
• Translate strategic briefs and business objectives into compelling visual ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and agencies to create engaging and visually impactful campaigns
• Develop and evolve distinctive brand assets, recurring visual devices, and creative frameworks that increase recognisability, memorability, and differentiation across all campaigns and touchpoints
• Act as a guardian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Drive the development and application of brand assets, design systems, and brand guidelines
• Help evolve the visual expression of the brand while maintaining consistency and ensuring it remains relevant and on-trend
• Manage creative development from concept through final delivery
• Provide clear creative direction to agencies, photographers, designers, and production partners
• Ensure quality control across all produced assets and campaign materials

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction or a related discipline
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Art direction and creative concept development
• Visual storytelling and advertising design
• Brand identity and design systems
• Creative asset production across digital and print media
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking
• Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
