Associate, Portfolio Management - Corporate Finance

Als Associate im Portfolio Management bei ING in New York unterstützen Sie Senior Bankiers bei der Verwaltung von Kreditportfolios und der Erstellung von Finanzanalysen sowie Modellen. Die Position erfordert mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Corporate Finance oder Leverage Lending sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der dreistufigen Finanzmodellierung.

Aufgaben

Support the senior banker with all aspects of managing a large portfolio of programs and senior secured loans primarily to sub-investment grade clients
Assist debt team in preparation of borrower analytics including financial updates, financial modeling, credit approval packages, market comparable and quarterly reporting statements
Ongoing portfolio management responsibility for a group of selected accounts monitoring and tracking credit performance, handling amendment requests, supervising collateral due diligence, selling new business opportunities with exiting clients
Assume key role in handling internal system processing and KYC/CID data

Anforderungen

3+ years of corporate and/or leverage lending, or loan portfolio management experience
Excellent understanding of accounting statements & principles
Corporate finance background - financial market experience is necessary
Understand debt structuring and able to make recommendations when appropriate
Basic understanding of legal documentation
Excel spreadsheet; three-statement financial modeling skills are a must
