Associate Relationship Manager for Intermediaries Market SGP

Julius Baer sucht einen Associate Relationship Manager für den Intermediaries Market in Singapur, der als Übergangsrolle innerhalb eines dreijährigen Entwicklungsprogramms zum Relationship Manager führt. Der Kandidat ist für die Akquise und Betreuung von Kunden, die Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialisten sowie die Einhaltung von Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards verantwortlich.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Attract prospects, proactively build up an internal client book, and retain existing clients in close collaboration with other team members
  • Proactively ask for support, feedback, and guidance from other relationship managers in the team in developing and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Respond to all client needs in the highest possible quality and in a timely manner
  • Provide appropriate investment content in collaboration with specialists (when needed) and in line with respective policies and guidelines while meeting external rules and regulations
  • Deepen client relationships and continuously optimise clients’ potential revenues through the acquisition of additional share of wallet / cross-selling
  • Match the frequency and intensity of contact based on the client’s preference
  • Ensure highest level of data security (GDPR / data privacy) through access management
  • Provide accurate relationship documentation formalities at all times including client identification, credit documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
  • Take up client feedback regarding products and services with the relevant specialists within the Bank for continuous improvements, and adaptation to their needs
  • Take up client feedback regarding the service experience and respond with appropriate solutions
  • Build internal and external networks, and support close relationships and open collaboration
  • Maintain highest level of internal process compliance and quality control, including mandatory reporting and reporting of significant events (incidents or risks)
  • Be available to clients outside of business hours and/or during weekends to ensure needs can be responded to in a timely manner
  • Be committed to continuous self-development, growth, and progress in the respective fields of expertise and proactively seek learning opportunities
  • Build own expertise, be engaged and participate actively in internal communities of practice
  • Cooperate and work closely together with other relationship managers of the team and remain in regular contact by making time and providing inputs to joint activities
  • Constantly monitor product risks to protect the Bank and its clients as part of the first line of defence
  • Create and implement new marketing strategies in conjunction with the Market Head & Group Head
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g. to optimise key processes or support new product initiatives)
  • Participate actively in the Associate RM development programme and engage in the Associate RM peer group to share experience and best practice

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Higher education (e.g. master’s degree of University, MBA, CFA) or other educational background combined with relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years’ work experience (preferably in the financial industry) or completion of Julius Baer first create programme
