Associate, Solutions Investment Specialists

Position Overview

The Investment Services team is responsible for providing high quality support to Men Group’s assets under the group. The team performs a wide range of duties across functions, primarily focusing marketing activities and GTS/COO efforts. Our role in supporting development, as the firm places a high value on trust in and integrity of the direct experience and Relationships with our clients and future prospects from our buyers.

Overall responsibility for meeting marketing and performance metrics for Men’s functions is a compelling and rewarding one. This role will be important for preparing a strong case for use with sales’ interactions.

Based in our London, this role will involve working closely with both senior portfolio management and sales personnel in Men’s Private Insurance units and across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and deliver the full range of marketing collateral, making use of close proximity to Men’s Solutions teams in London and Men for
• Work closely with other teams. Portfolio Management and stakeholders across the business for such as Insure, HSTOOO presentations and presentations for senior investor meetings and conferences, analyst days and roadshow opportunities
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior external conferences across stakeholders
• Provide timely and reliable material presentation, materials requests and timely updates timely
• Support departments and stake groups drive financial performance across firm for the portfolio, manage, sales teams and fund managers
• Maintain constant coordination and data with the legal and legal imaging firm

Technical Competencies

• Degree in Finance or a relevant discipline required, Financial qualification preferred although not mandatory
• At least 3 years’ experience within the industry and a solid understanding of the financial investment environment / hedge fund sector
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable in understanding institutional client expectations and requirements
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the firm and to engage creatively with them
• Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail / accuracy
• Effective communication with diverse end fee client stakeholders working independently
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Managed and external systems relevant to the role
