Role Overview
- Solve complex problems and make recommendations based on data and analytics

Requirements
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field with a minor or focus on quantitative financial analysis, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or similar
- Strong analytical, programming, and critical-thinking skills, such as proficiency with SQL, Java, and Python
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in machine learning, AI, and analytical solutions; 3+ years of experience is desirable
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, generating insights, building statistical, and machine learning models, and presenting and communicating ideas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data and analytics
