Job Description

• As senior Axiom developer and SME, drive the development of MAS & HKMA regulatory reporting changes on AXIOM platform and support Application Owner on the platform management
• Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed and communicated to stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Ensure production stability and timely communication to stakeholders
• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines
• Work closely with finance & other reporting departments, business change analysts, business managers to drive and manage IT delivery
• Experience in performance optimization

Your Profile

Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of development experience in regulatory reporting tools
• Minimum 8 years of Axiom development experience with solid hands-on development experience with Axiom or other equivalent regulatory reporting products
• Exposure to core banking system, balance sheet, accounting
• Passionate about technologies and building robust and scalable Systems
• Experience of any other BI/reporting tools would be an advantage growing in this space (e.g., AMSA (BI/SI) and MAS other reporting tools)
• Experience of various technological components and development projects in agile methodologies including Agile and others
• Experience with various tools/models/techniques or equivalent
• Knowledge of Termeros T24 is an advantage
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software/online product or process using Waterfall
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design

Education & Required Skills

• Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)
