Bank Group Investment Specialist

Overall responsibility

• We will help you drive ownership, including the development of your own value creation mindset, creating and maximizing high quality relationships for the clients and investors of the strategic team.
• We partner with our clients to position them on a regular series for our firm's strategies and capital partners.

Responsibilities

• Receive a crucial role within Man Group Investment Specialist team, with a distinct focus on Man Group Capital Limited
• Develop and manage Man Group and relationships; developing both own networks/networking (internal & Man Group);
• Work closely with our Stakeholders across the business to form direct high-level and marketing content with the Internal Audit
• Partner with Integrated Analyst, providing relevant insights from mangroup.com
• Ensure the timely and accurate management and re-relationship is coordinated to set context
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with other senior stakeholders (Internal/External) Legal and possible other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and initiate specific projects from Man Group capitalization where needed to accelerate and help set the course forward

Key Skills & Experience

• Degree-level education in a relevant discipline required. Financial institutions preferred, or seeking licentiates preferred.
• 5+ years *15 years* Client service or contra (relation experience within the industry)
• A good understanding the asset management industry
• Ability to work with and manage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior Portfolio Management and Equity investments
• Attention to detail and committed to the highest quality standard to deliver products or services so clients receive exceptional quality. Staff without a structured way to manage information in an organized and presentable manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and proactively
• Ability to work independently within 'active' teams and drive results by coordinating all aspects of daily operations
• Solid working knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with PII content management systems
