Business Analyst & Project Manager with the focus on AI Governance - Compliance Analytics & Transformation 100% (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with AI use
• Stay up to date on the latest AI regulations, ensuring company adherence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product managers, engineers, data scientists) to integrate AI governance into project development and deployment
• Conduct trainings to educate employees on safe and responsible use of AI
• Monitor and enforce compliance with AI policies and procedures
• Establish metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives
• Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, industry groups) on AI Governance topics
• Communicate AI governance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Anforderungen

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in management and informatics, business administration, finance or any other related field)
• Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts, experience in implementing AI use
