Business & Data Manager - Technology Operating Office - 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer sucht in Madrid einen Business & Data Manager, der die monatliche Berichterstattung im Technologiebereich unterstützt und SQL-Abfragen sowie relationale Datenmodelle entwickelt und optimiert. Die Position erfordert ein Bachelor-Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, fortgeschrittene SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Power BI und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support monthly closing & reporting processes for Group’s Technology area
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases to support business and financial reporting processes
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Support the design, maintenance, and documentation of relational data models
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing improvements
- Contribute to ongoing digitalization and data-driven initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in economics or a relevant academic background
- Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Advanced level in SQL and understanding of relational database architecture
- Working knowledge of Power BI reporting tool. Further experience in data visualisation and creating graphs will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Very good communication skills in English
