Business Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities

• Onboard and ensure compliance of new applicant and/or client with the new business and contracts arrangements.
• Work with the PMs, Trading, legal, and accounting to onboard integrated business and contract arrangements.
• Support in updating trading documentation to ensure that it meets compliance and contract requirements.
• Complete centralized account/contracts and associated client updates in records systems.
• Ensure Fund Gate integrity is such that all onboarding Data and related data between related entities.
• Work with other internal departments to ensure accurate reporting and reporting to the firm's goals.
• Assist with issue tracking via system and/or manual processes which the team develops internally.
• Ensure data precision is conducted and reported in a consistent manner with internal external standards and audit requirements.
