Aufgaben

• Drive the evolution of the GPS content strategy toward agile, agile, and contextual delivery models, including platform governance, integration roadmaps, and operational frameworks
• Foster innovation and digital transformation in content creation and delivery, enabling mass-tailored communications, dynamic digital journeys, and interactive engagement formats in close partnership with the development unit within COO
• Promote the use of emerging technologies, such as automation and Artificial Intelligence, to enhance efficiency, personalization, and quality across the content lifecycle
• Ensure operational excellence through continuous process and workflow optimisation
• Serve as the primary business contact and escalation point for content-related process issues

Anforderungen

• University degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related field
• Several years of experience in roles such as Business Owner, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, preferably within financial services
• Solid understanding of investment content production and distribution tools
• Experience in content strategy, process optimisation, and digital enablement
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and ability to work effectively with IT development teams and business users
• Bridge-builder between business and technology, with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical implementation
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage
