Involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, gaining hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The position involves significant client and investor interaction, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analysis. In addition, you will play an active role in business development initiatives, supporting origination efforts and contributing to the continued growth and expertise of the team.

Anforderungen

• 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• ACA-Qualifikation
• Vorherige Beteiligung an mehreren M&A-Transaktionen, idealerweise von Anfang bis Ende
• Starke Finanzmodellierungs-, Bewertungs- und Analysefähigkeiten
