About the Role

• We are looking for a junior consultant with great communication skills and solid knowledge of market trends & economic indicators.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Capable of developing original ideas and presentations for complex pitches.
• Active participation in various projects and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications along with some familiarity with other IT tools utilized daily at our office (e.g., Excel, Visio etc.).
• Excellent command over both English language and Italian is required; Spanish language would certainly help but is not mandatory.
• A minimum of three years' prior professional experience within either the banking or asset management sector is strongly preferred, although fresh university graduates may also apply if they do not meet these qualifications yet.
• Preference will be given to those candidates already working towards obtaining their respective field-related certification(s), such as CFA®, FRM®, CPC, etc.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical reasoning ability, problem-solving capacities and attention-to-detail orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with relevant industry terminology and jargon associated with the given role(s).
• Proven track record of accomplishment of objectives assigned in a timely manner.
• Excellent customer-facing abilities when interacting with diverse audiences ranging from executives to staff members alike.
• Outstanding teamwork capability in collaborative environment settings involving cross-functional teams composed of individuals possessing different functional specializations and complementary expertise.
• Dedication to personal development and continual learning opportunities afforded throughout career progression.
