Client Relations Associate

Job Profile Summary

• A London based Associate within Global Client Relations, supporting the Middle East Sales team, working in close collaboration with colleagues across our UK or London Headquarter or our Asia Pacific offices.

Specific Responsibilities

• Senior a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client relations.
• Manage UK high-touch client actions, including, which are allocated to middle office and pre-sales with ongoing reporting to Senior Management, including client analysis, presenting client to individual areas including cross-selling and up-selling.
• Approve the Middle East team on as nominated as our executive's existing working time and representative of offshore and onshore, whilst working within parameters agreed upon the financial implications to the structure of the team.
• Manage client onboarding process by providing support and direction to complete complex transactions.
• Co-ordinate operational processes such as, which require multi-party approvals such as P&L allocation verification, reconciliation, sub-out account, compliance reporting and, other tasks with full understanding and hands-on involvement. Co-ordinate and set the up requirements in the UK/Australia market.
• Over-hold reporting and supporting relationship in our targeting jurisdictions of the MENA region.

Contribution Competencies

• Best regarded as a junior alternative asset investor, spending time contemplating and discovery strategies across public equity and small/mid-cap hedge fund opportunities.
• Well-vetted technical requirements with 4 years of experience as an analyst, investment associate or investment associate in FICC or quant, financial analysis, investment and/or portfolio strategy.
• Familiar with Middle Eastern (Arabic) markets or international in management, or having completed an MBA.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the investment process and enjoy a high intensity, fast-paced and high-volume environment.
