Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
Als Client Relationship Officer (CRO) bei EFG Bank bist du für die Betreuung von Privatkunden verantwortlich und unterstützt sie bei der Erreichung ihrer finanziellen Ziele durch unabhängige und unvoreingenommene Beratung. Du bist ein wichtiger Teil des Wachstumserfolgs von EFG und verantwortest die Akquisition und Entwicklung von lukrativen Kundenbeziehungen.

Aufgaben
- Provide regulated investment advice to clients and work with clients to meet their financial needs and goals.
- Proactively advise and consult with clients, explaining the types of financial services available, educating them about investment options and potential risks and recommending investment
- Acquire and develop agreed levels of profitable client relationships and bring on net new assets to the Bank, with a view to growing and improving business and to deliver the Bank's value proposition to clients and prospects
- Keep up with economic, political and cultural developments in relevant client markets
- Cross-sell other EFGI products and services as appropriate
- Ensure appropriate execution of client instructions through the Client Services Officers (CSOs) in accordance with internal procedures.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Private Banker
- Good knowledge of Compliance, AML topics, Cross Border regulations
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Completed CACS paper 1 and 2
