Client Service Analyst
Als Client Service Analyst bist du für die Analyse großer Datenmengen, die Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards sowie die Unterstützung von Bankern und Investoren im Rahmen von Kundenbeziehungsmanagement-Initiativen verantwortlich. Du wirst auch damit beauftragt, Kundenanfragen zu bearbeiten und Probleme zeitnah zu lösen.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows.
- Create executive-level presentations and visual summaries of data.
- Document data sources, logic, and dashboard structures for transparency and training.
- Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
- Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialist and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.
Anforderungen
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong command of SQL and Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros).
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus.
- Portuguese
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- SEI and Series7 Licenses
- Experience in client service or financial services environments.
- Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics relevant to operational and client-facing teams.
