Client Service Network Officer Hong Kong Full-time

Aufgaben

Assist Front Office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
Conduct independent verification with private clients
Perform 1st level check and review on client's instruction and documentations
Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
Handling general administration duties within the team

Able to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines
Be a good team player and strong interpersonal skills
Detail-minded, multitasking and able to work under pressure

Professionelle und Technische Anforderungen

Diploma/Degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline
Working experience in private banking industry is preferable
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel
