Position Overview

• Compliance Officer - Governance & Policies 100% (f/m/d)
• Location: Zurich
• Employment Type: Part time
• Department: Governance & Policies team within the Central Compliance Department
• Role Description: The team acts as central hub for policies and standards and is responsible for maintaining a robust Compliance Risk Framework which is essential for upholding regulatory requests, promoting effective governance and ensuring highest standards of compliance across our operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the Compliance Risk Management Framework incl. coordination of the Global Compliance Program and regulatory and/or external audits
• Support the enhancement and implementation of global Compliance standards
• Participate in key initiatives to set up new methodologies & standards
• Collaborate with partners across all three Lines of Defence and domestic and foreign Group affiliates

Requirements and Profile

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, compliance, banking & finance, business related fields, risk management)
• Candidate has worked proactively in dynamic teams with good sense of initiative, decision ability and acting
• Quick to adapt to change and prioritises with a strong focus on impact and process robustness
• Stress-resistant, ability to cope with tight deadlines and deliver independently under time pressure
• Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
