COMPLIANCE OFFICER / MLRO AMS

Tasks

• Responsible for the performance of all relevant activities allocated to a Compliance Officer and MLRO under all rules and regulations applicable on Leonteq Securities AG, Amsterdam branch
• Performing client reviews and KYC procedure
• Monitoring client transactions and adherence to Dutch, European and Swiss legal requirements
• Crafting and review of risk assessments and compliance monitoring program, e.g. AML, internal directives, MLRO rules
• Documentation and life cycle management of relationships
• Support in regard to the implementation of group-wide policies and relevant standards
• Assistance with compliance reviews and reporting duties
• Compilation and preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external audits
• Support in other core compliance tasks
• Support Group Compliance in audit related topics
• Compliance reviews and responsibility for local reporting duties
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to identify, manage and track risks taken
• Communicating with senior management in relation to the risks identified in the course of action
• Evaluate the processes at a highly skilled company
• Manage a sophisticated network of relationships with customers and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value
• Maintain offices in exceptional location

Requirements

• Law or economic degree
• At least 5 years of Compliance experience in the Dutch financial sector and in a role with significant exposure
• Proficient in domestic Dutch legal and regulatory requirements and European legal framework
• Active interest in capital markets and the respective regulations
• Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude
• Ability to work independently and to take initiative
• Native in Dutch, business level proficiency in English and German
