CRM External Asset Manager
Die Bank J. Safra Sarasin sucht in Basel einen Client Relationship Manager für den Bereich External Asset Manager, der bestehende Beziehungen pflegt und neue Geschäfte anstösst. Die Position erfordert ein Studium in Finanzwesen, mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Private Banking sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Your Role
As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within the External Asset Manager Business Unit of Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you play a key role in maintaining and developing existing External Asset Manager (EXAM) relationships in Basel and provide high-level service to the Bank’s clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing EXAM relationships while driving new business
- Be the main point of contact and responsible for management and application of all EXAM transactions and products of the clients
- Handle issuance process for Swiss clients
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations (AML, MiFiD, etc.)
- Prepare client meetings and events
- Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone
- Control and monitor EXAM relationships
- Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments
- Monitor administrative issues
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance
- At least 5 years of work experience in Private Banking
- Solid knowledge of financial products and knowledge of banking regulations
- Deep expertise in maintaining existing relationships of third-party funds
- Strong sales skills, empathy and high level of accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage
