Tasks and Responsibilities
- Address requests related to corporate international clients from the group
- Manage and process operational commercial documentation and correspondence with clients, including account opening confirmations and capital increase letters
- Contact client regarding account administration issues, recalculations, payment investigations, and general banking operations (including commercial aspects)
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of static data and client documentation in banking systems
- Provide Swift messages confirming client payments and ensure banking correspondence via SWIFT with involved financial institutions
- Actively participate in implementing Agile methodologies and maintain life working right
- Ensure individual team performing in Agile weekly (tasks stand-ups and retro-specifications) and their testing effectiveness
- Engage in various local and international projects relevant to the department's goals or specific client SERVICAR tasks as required by management
Requirements
