Customer Loyalty Member with Spanish @ING Hubs Romania
ING Hubs Romania sucht einen Customer Loyalty Member mit Spanischkenntnissen für den Standort Bukarest, der operativen Support für Kundenportfolios leistet und die Kundenzufriedenheit überwacht. Die Position bietet flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein Bruttogehalt zwischen 12.000 und 15.500 RON monatlich.
About the position
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the client portfolio by handling requests, questions, task assignments, and compliance with agreed upon SOPs, adherence to internal and external governance guidelines and timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technology, customer and technology and monitor the client satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve SLAs and align with other departments of the function as appropriate.
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge base and documentation across banking platforms.

Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Romanian (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of English
- Nice to have: Portuguese.
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to form and maintain effective collaborative relationships, client-oriented attitude, good organizational skills.
- Experience in ISO Office.
