Cybersecurity Project Coordinator
Der Cybersecurity Project Coordinator unterstützt die Durchführung von Cybersicherheitsprojekten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management und Data Protection. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Koordination von Teams, Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern und der Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projektabschlusses.
Job Description
Major Duties
- Project Delivery:
- Coordinates and organizes all activities of a project; identifies, defines, and completes project activities.
- Drive hard-working global teams consisting of employees and onshore/offshore from multiple vendors.
- Coordinate teams that consist of technology engineers, solution architects, and application owners.
- Creates timelines and monitors progress toward completion of project.
- Interviews and collects data from internal partners and clients. Analyzes and recommends improvement plans.
- Gathers facts, defines problems, and prepares documentation regarding specific processes and procedures.
- Contacts system testing and schedules implementation.
- Interacts with all levels in functional and system support areas in developing project activities.
- Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to define proposed project benefits and outcomes and ensure successful achievement through project completion.
- Manage project team documentation as directed by the project manager/product owner.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Prepares written documentation to support project status and decisions. Writes procedures and trains staff on new processes and/or systems.
- Promotes the project by speaking at various meetings, committees, and participates on task forces. Coordinates communication materials for the project.
- Prepares and presents status reports for management such as measurement reporting, process improvement results, and goals of a project.
- Identifies recurring needs resulting from a new system or process changes.
- Identifies and researches conversion discrepancies. Creates documents to resolve out of balance conditions.
- Changes agent role for project coordinator best practices.
- Financial Management
- Works with internal partners to develop cost/benefit analyses and to determine recommended financial management.
Requirements
- Preferred
- Cybersecurity Project Coordination Experience – coordinating and organizing cybersecurity projects related to Identity & Access Management (I&A), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA), Data Protection, Security Operations, or Asset Surface Management.
- Organizational Savvy – experience working within a matrixed organization to drive delivery of complex projects involving multiple disciplines.
- Problem Solving Skills – ability to handle ambiguous or complex issues including ability to identify creative solutions paths and gain necessary alignment and support from leadership and stakeholders to bring to resolution.
- Expert Communication Skills – ability to articulate ideas and information verbally and in writing for varying audiences.
- Initiative – takes initiative in suggesting improvements and anticipating the needs of leadership, program stakeholders, and members.
- Organizational Skills – able to handle multiple simultaneous work deliverables and prioritize them accordingly.
- Delivery Mindset – has a delivery mindset with a bias for action, curiosity to learn, challenge, and enhance processes.
- Expert Analytical Skills – able to assemble data and analyze patterns, trends, and draw conclusions and recommendations; rely on data for guide decisions.
- Knowledge of and experience working in software delivery lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency with:
- Project planning tools such as: MS Project, Acronis, OneOps (AIO), Boards, or similar
- Collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams
- Reporting tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and analytics tools.
