About the Team
- You will join a team dedicated to enabling data-driven decision making across ING’s Retail organization.
- We work closely with Sales, Retail Tribes and technical teams, focusing on collaboration, learning, shared ownership.
- Our focus is to build scalable, intuitive, and insightful reporting ecosystems that simplify reporting, enhance transparency, and empower sales channels to deliver meaningful value to customers.
Your day to day
- Execute and maintain comprehensive reporting tools (Microsoft Excel & Power BI), providing actionable insights for Private Individuals sales performance management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technology updates (including AI data driven analytic tools), recommending improvements to reporting systems and data management practices.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by delivering accurate and timely data insights.
- Act as an enduser for the business OPD, ensuring that performance management tools align with strategic goals.
