Aufgaben

• Deputy of Global Head Control Room
• Ensuring Compliance with SIX Exchange / BX Exchange trading rules & reporting requirements of listed companies and significant market participants
• Monitoring, analysing and implementing regulatory developments
• Handling, monitoring and reporting of Conflict of Interest & Employee conduct related matters
• Trade surveillance, analysis of Trading & Sales activities, rules, regulations and contractual agreements
• Maintenance of watch / restricted list. Fund and ETF approvals
• Collaboration in SIX & BX Audit
• Dealing with queries of FINMA, SIX and BX and any other authority or Exchange
• Responsibility for global Policy framework
• Administrative support in several topics (Operational Risk, ICS etc.)
• Support of Board, EC, Trading and Sales and other Business areas in Compliance related matters

Anforderungen

• University degree or an equivalent education with focus on Trading, Compliance & related matters
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Trading related control function
• Very good user skills of MS-office (especially Excel), IT affinity
• Very good analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, confident and ability to work on all levels
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Fluency in German and English; other languages are of advantage
