Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

  • Provides strategic leadership and direction in the development of Financial Risk & Non-Financial Risk management platforms capabilities.
  • Leads key programs in Financial Risk like Basel IV, FRTB and Risk & Control transformation with ServiceNow IBM/GRC tools
  • Leads and manages technical development teams within the Risk Technology team in support of Risk Management capabilities.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reviews systems development project requests and coordinates schedules and related departmental activities.
  • Holds the vendors accountable for the quality of deliverables and roadmaps of the product
  • Assumes accountability for the performance management, career development, and diversity programs in assigned areas.

Anforderungen

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge on market risk and credit risk technologies and data frameworks supporting the various regulatory requirements.
  • Must be from a technical background with hands-on technical development experience.
  • Expertise in vendor management and partnership across delivery and support.
  • Hands-on team management experience, building a team and maturing a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring informed and aligned decisions across technology and business stakeholder groups.
  • A College or University degree in Computer Science and/or relevant work experience is required.
