The position
- This role focuses on understanding HR applications (Echommis & Workday), making the right connections between systems and translating data into insight, quantifying assumptions, weighing impacts and ensuring decisions are based on facts.
About the team
- You will be part of the HR Systems & Specialized Support team, working closely with Employee Relations Experts (HR Operations teams, Recruitment, Payroll), ING Business Partners and other support functions.
- The team acts as a key reference point for HR data, reports and system support to HR and business stakeholders with data-driven insights, correlations and explanations of HR-related figures.
- Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality and ways of working by investigating discrepancies, pinpointing roots and evaluating impacts.
- Act as a subject-matter reference for E-Connect system topics within the Employee Relations scope.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, HRBP and other teams to ensure aligned and reliable HR data outputs.

- Ability to assess risk and impact, solve quality/compliance/stakeholder issues and escalate appropriately when something doesn’t look right;
- Adding value to our stakeholders by presenting findings, taking action and following-up to ensure that corrective actions are closed;
- Ability to understand complex information and work independently with recurring deadlines (monthly/quarterly reporting);
- A collaborative approach and experience working with multiple internal stakeholders;
- Impactful team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both within their own team and with the rest of the wider Employee Relations group.
