Equity Solutions - Associate
Die Position als Associate im Bereich Equity Solutions bei Nomura in London umfasst die Strukturierung und Ausführung von Equity-Transaktionen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen. Gefordert ist nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Equity-Solutions-Transaktionen sowie ein unternehmerischer Ansatz zur Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder.
Aufgaben
- Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions
- Managing transactions execution through documentation, committee approval and client management to term
- Collaborating with Relationship holders in IBF, Sponsors Coverage, CFS and Global Markets to identify opportunity
- Adhering to Nomura's policies and procedures
Anforderungen
- A proven track record in structuring equity solution transactions
- Experience in supporting all relevant business lines
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-starter with the ambition to build a business and own a product area or regional focus
