Responsibilities

• Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions
• Managing transactions execution through documentation, committee approval and client management to term opportunity
• Collaborating with Relationship holders in IBD, Sponsor Coverage, CFS and Global Markets to identify opportunity
• Adhering to Nomura's policies and procedures

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

• A proven track record of executing equity solution transactions
• Experience in engaging all relevant business lines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal functions
• Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter with the ambition to build a business and create or develop product area or regional focus
