Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
- Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Support and maintain PDF and Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
- Collaborate closely with the L1 support team and the engineering team to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements.
- Independently manage and resolve incidents via remote access
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and known issues in the internal knowledge base
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client system stability

- Strong technical expertise in enterprise workspace platforms and related technologies
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and communication
