Facility and Maintenance Specialist
Der Facility and Maintenance Specialist ist für die Instandhaltung und Logistik von Gebäuden in verschiedenen Schweizer Niederlassungen der Bank Syz verantwortlich. Die Stelle umfasst Aufgaben wie Reparaturen, Reinigung, Brandschutz und Sicherheitsüberwachung, um eine sichere und voll funktionsfähige Arbeitsumgebung für die Mitarbeiter zu gewährleisten.

Facility and Maintenance SpecialistIhre Aufgaben
- Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure the buildings are in excellent condition by performing routine "Do-it-yourself" repairs, such as wall painting, plumbing, fixing minor electrical issues, and general maintenance of installations, travel to other building locations if needed. Collaborate with the Facility and Physical Security Manager to identify, coordinate, and execute large repairs or renovations to ensure good condition of the other assets. Support on-site service providers to ensure they perform according to basic equipment and supplies needed to perform general repairs and refurbishments.
- Cleaning Oversight & Hygiene Management: Ensure general cleanliness of certain premises while on the site, ensuring all spaces are stocked with supplies throughout the day. Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as using a high-pressure water cleaner around the building and periodic cleaning of carpet with a machine. Ensure that any areas of deficiency are analyzed and solutions are on the quote to execute.
- Fire Safety Support: Perform tasks related to building security in collaboration with the physical security manager. Be available on-on-call during nights and weekends when scheduled (on average 1 night/week/month) and respond to incidents as required. Contribute to monitoring the CCTV and intrusions system to ensure the physical security of all premises are accurately assessed and thoroughly by the external Security Guard against a defined role as Fire Warden, Evacuation Officer and Emergency responder if required
Ihr Profil
- Proven experience in building maintenance, hotel facility maintenance, or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other repair and technical maintenance. (Electrical background a plus)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving office equipment and comfortably standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in either Bank Syz's locations or to provide out standard hours support, both under short notice
- Experience working with electrical contractors for larger repairs and maintenance projects

Weitere Anforderungen
- Valid driving license (category B minimum)
- English and/or German an asset
IT-Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of technical training is a plus (e.g. Physical access management, Fire Systems, building HVAC systems etc.)
