Aufgaben

• Drive & perform in-depth quantitative analyses (using Management Information System) to identify the use of Balance Sheet products and define actionable measures to disp (e.g. progress respective products/policies)
• Assist HPC/HFM to better account to any concerns from the Group such as risk matters (e.g. hedging, limits, etc.)
• Lead & coordinate initiatives that trigger improvement of front office P&L, performance management - incl. execution, implementation and rollout with reporting & progress tracking
• Prepare concise, insightful & visually appealing presentations on various business topics (e.g. profitability initiatives etc.) for the biggest Region within the Bank's global business
• Act as a sparring partner to the Front in the context of Finance topics, with direct counterparts incl. senior HFM & key stakeholders across the bank (e.g. Accounting, Treasury, Middle & Back Office, etc.)
• Run business case assessments and market strategy reviews on a regular basis incl. key topics for your division (e.g. KPI development, performance management)
• Enhance Performance Management and reporting landscape to enable tracking & optimization of relevant KPIs / business case & strategy execution

Anforderungen

• Strong academic record: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable field of study with above-average grades
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable finance or related function within our industry or in management consulting with focus on banking
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Private Banking business and global financial markets
• Excellent slide writing skills with ability to prepare 'target audience specific' content
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills paired with affinity to delve in-depth on data analysis and visualization applications (e.g. Tableau)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders and to manage their expectations
• Strong analytical, conceptual skills, fast thinker and outstanding team player
• Passion for finance & business overall, solid understanding of accounting issues (e.g. balance sheet management knowledge (incl. implications of interest rate risk), etc.)
• Deep knowledge of the Private Banking business model, its drivers and revenue/cost structure
• Familiarity with IFRS / Swiss GAAP or comparable accounting standards is an advantage
• Experience in data analytics & visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
