Financial Controller – CTO Domain
Als Financial Controller für die CTO-Domain bei ING im ING Hub Philippines sind Sie für das strukturelle Controlling, den monatlichen Abschluss und die strategische Planung verantwortlich. Die Rolle erfordert starke analytische Fähigkeiten, ein ausgeprägtes Kontrollbewusstsein und Erfahrung in komplexen globalen Matrixumgebungen.
Role Summary
- At ING, you are responsible for structural controlling, monthly close and strategic planning.
- Experience in complex, global matrix environments; exposure to banking, travel services, banking, or multinational organizations is preferred.
- Strong expertise in structuring reports, monthly close, planning, forecasting, and management reporting, and variance analysis and commentary.
- Strong control mindset with the ability to validate financial movements, balance inconsistencies, and ensure accurate outputs.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPivot skills; experience with Jaggerion, Synchronous, Oura EPM, Power BI, or their Dam is an advantage.
- Strong project, diligence, and proactive follow-through across monthly and annual close, preparation, year-end, ERP conversion, and process improvements.
