Front Business Manager Intermediaries, 100% (f, m, d)

Aufgaben

• Ensure visibility of change on different levels (e.g., Management, HXM and AXM)
• Ensure transparency for any accident issues and/or branch integrity that have an impact on Clients and/or Front Units.
• Ensure an effective business segment management to support local Intermediaries business head with Management and implementation of global & location specific initiatives.
• Act as a key governance partner to the Head of Segment Management Intermediaries Europe supporting budget planning, KPI tracking, steering committees, and cross-functional working.
• Own and enhance the local rollout of the firm's transformation and digitisation agenda, ensuring transparency and adoption across front teams and management.
• Maintain the intermediaries knowledge board to promote consistency and accessibility of key processes and guidance.
• Support in maintaining a sound control environment by assisting in periodic reviews, including the annual Intermediaries Risk Rating assessment.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and internal Audit as needed, ensuring timely responses to requests and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Anforderungen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in private banking and/or the Intermediary business segment.
