Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end fund structuring and implementation, product innovation for mutual and alternative funds, covering legal, tax, operational, compliance, and distribution aspects
Partner with top-tier asset and wealth managers to launch cutting-edge investment funds across asset classes
Drive product development, conduct market benchmarking, pricing analysis, and support manager due diligence
Deliver high-impact projects, from concept to launch, for new funds and product enhancements
Collaborate with sales, portfolio managers, risk, and marketing teams to strengthen our client offering
Provide expert input on fund documentation, marketing content, and strategic initiatives
Deliver projects related to new and fund change projects
Advise on the strategic and technical content of marketing materials/website production produced by Marketing
Prepare and review fund data for integration into pre and after-sales materials such as PRIIP KIDs, factsheets, full portfolio holdings report, EET, and other reports

Anforderungen

Academic excellence in law, finance, economics, or related field
6–10 years in financial services, ideally at an international asset or wealth manager
Proven expertise in fund structuring, product development, and investment, middle office fund operations, including derivatives
Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
