Global Director - Vulnerability Management & Security Configuration-Limerick

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Transformation
  • Define and drive the global strategy for vulnerability management and security configuration across all infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, remote, and global business lines)
  • Transition capabilities from legacy to AI-driven, including:
    • Threat prioritization
    • Automated remediation
    • Threat-level screening
  • Align with CISO priorities and enterprise risk objectives
• Program Delivery
  • Design and lead a global vulnerability management program, including:
    • Process, tooling automation, and governance
    • Security reporting and evidence sourcing
    • Vulnerability lifecycle management
    • Threat prioritization and exploitability
    • Asset inventory and external visibility
    • Define enterprise-wide policy and remediation standards
• Security Configuration
  • Define and enforce enterprise hardening policies
  • Drive governance including exception management and SLA enforcement

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in vulnerability management and security operations
• Passion for system building and scaling enterprise programs
• Strong background in:
  • AI-driven/cloud / cloud security
  • Configuration management and hardening
  • Tech-driven intelligence (automated-focused)
• Track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
