Global Financial Accounting – Business Analyst 100%

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements related to accounting and finance process
• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions
• Drive process improvements and standardization across Finance functions
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation and related future initiatives
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into SAP finance solution designs and specifications
• Conduct process and gap analyses and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and support testing activities including defect resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants and project teams throughout project lifecycles

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar field
• Soft Skills: Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken), strong communication skills, high motivation and drive to get things done, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, high flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, good team player with a drive to contribute throughout project lifecycle
