Global Sales and Marketing - Structured Investments Distributor Marketing (SIDM) Advisor - Associate or Vice President

Job Responsibilities

Drive the team's systems and technology agenda, focusing on automated pricing, structuring, and execution of Structured Solutions.
Support new and existing client coverage for Structured Solutions across asset classes, including structured products, funds, and OTC derivatives.
Manage sales partnerships across distribution channels to maximize product breadth and platform efficiency.
Represent JPMorgan at client conferences/events, including speaking engagements, and support senior salespeople with pre-sales and marketing.
Price and structure transactions (primarily) equity to meet investor requirements.
Manage the deal origination process, working with Trading, Legal, and Operations.
Partner with Cross Asset Structuring teams to enhance product offerings.

Anforderungen

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with real-time market pressures, remaining focused on client needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
Attentive to detail and adaptable to changing conditions.
Fundamental understanding of equity market & derivatives, including their pricing components, with technical skills.
Initiative to question processes and seek enhancements.
Language skills in Deutsch, Französisch, or Italienisch, and fluency in Englisch.
Extensive experience working with Swiss clients in sales.
