GRADUATE BUSINESS ANALYST FOR SECURITIES FINANCE

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join the Business Analyst team and work on Securities Finance.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in Structured Products and gain hands-on experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support project as-lead/business development support on business requirements, including related market and technical issues.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, potential risks, and identify potential issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Task project progress, and oversee and maintain technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure regular status updates with relevant stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, team-oriented, and organized approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Python development (scripting)
• Fluency in English
