Aufgaben

• Lead und inspire a small, highly skilled team managing day-to-day operations and key external service providers.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our application landscape – ensuring availability, performance, and exceptional service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in vendor and service management, including SLA governance, performance monitoring, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate change, release, test, and incident management across departments and external partners to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Take a leading role in bank-wide and group-wide initiatives shaping the future of our IT applications and digital capabilities.

Anforderungen

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or related field.
• 10+ years of IT banking experience in operations or application management.
• Strong vendor and service management expertise (SLA, escalation, governance).
• Experience in regulated environments (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA); ITIL/ISTQB a plus.
• Broad knowledge of core banking and enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
